How long does it take for an in home estimate?

An in home estimate typically takes 30 minutes to an hour. We also give estimates over the phone. 

Do I need to empty the drawers in my dresser and night stand?

You certainly do not.

How far in advance should I schedule my move?

We are a short notice moving company, it’s always best to schedule your move as soon as you have a date although we can schedule your move day in as little as 24 hours. 

How do I make my payment?

Invoices can be paid via cash, Zelle, Cashapp or credit/debit card. 

How can I make my move simple, quick, and stress free?

One of the most important factors to consider when moving is being organized, let East Coast do the rest!  

There are some pieces of furniture that I do not want anymore, can you guys dispose of my furniture?

Absolutely! On the day of your move simply show your movers which piece (s) of furniture you wanted to dispose of and they will make sure to get the best quote for your junk removal. Junk removal is also another service we have to offer for our clients. 

Will the movers that come to move my home or office wrap my furniture?

Absolutely! Our movers will cover ALL of your furniture in our heavy duty blankets then tape and shrink wrap your furniture to ensure of no dings, scuffs, or scratches on your furniture. The shrink wrap, tape, and blankets will be removed once your furniture gets delivered to your new home or desired location. 

Is there an extra charge for stairs?

Absolutely NOT, East Coast Moving & Storage believes that stairs are a part of the job, there is NO additional cost for stairs.
